Derek brings over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and operations. Prior to founding Blue Anchor Industrial, he held senior positions at leading institutional real estate firms where he oversaw industrial portfolio strategy across major U.S. markets. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia.
Jeremiah leads Blue Anchor's investment strategy and capital markets activities. With a career spanning institutional asset management, private equity, and direct acquisitions, he has been involved in over $1.2B of industrial transactions. He previously served as a Director at a national REIT focused on logistics assets. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU and a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University.
Raj supports Blue Anchor's acquisition pipeline through financial modeling, market research, and due diligence across target markets. Before joining the firm, he worked in investment banking with a focus on real estate advisory. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Michigan.
